The panel meets malERA criteria for community-level screening, which is what makes test-and-treat workable outside a clinic. Because it targets parasite DNA rather than the HRP2 protein, HRP2/3 deletions do not affect it. Panels run Pan and Pf, or the full species set including Pv, Pm, Po and Pk.
