TurboBeads

Smaller, faster, better. A pure metal core with a covalent carbon shell, not a ferrite.

Whatever you need on the surface

Extra strong carbon-carbon bonding.

The graphene-like carbon shell both stabilises the core and lets virtually any functional group be bonded directly to it.

Smaller, faster, better binding

Conventional magnetic beads are ferrite particles held in a polymer shell. TurboBeads are a pure metal core coated in elemental carbon, so the magnetic moment per gram is far higher and the surface chemistry is bonded, not adsorbed.

The numbers behind the science

Out in seconds

Higher magnetic saturation means a standard magnet pulls them down. No high-gradient rack.

Survives the harsh stuff

Autoclave to 140 °C. Thanks to the carbon shell, TurboBeads stay intact in extreme thermal, chemical, and mechanical environments.

Microlitres to litres

The same chemistry in a 2 mL tube or a 10 L vessel. One gram clears 10 L in less than five minutes.

Ready to functionalise

Silica, -COOH and -NH2 are ready now. The carbon shell will host whatever chemistry you need on top.

Bulk quantities, custom functionalisation, or a use case we haven't listed.
