Data-driven multiplexing

Increasing the number of targets per reaction for any real-time platform.

An amplification curve carries more information than a simple yes or no. We design primer sets so that each target amplifies with its own curve shape, then read the target from the shape. No extra fluorophore, no extra wavelength, no melting curve required.

The channel is the ceiling

Every platform's multiplex limit is set by its optics. One target per wavelength, and more targets means more hardware. It is why syndromic panels stay expensive, and why a pH readout, which produces no fluorescence at all, has had nothing to separate targets with.
