Lyse and extract
The swab goes directly into lysis buffer. SmartLid and TurboBeads extract clean nucleic acids. No pipettes, no centrifuge, no separation rack.

Amplify
LyoLAMP operates at one temperature, amplifying the target in under 35 minutes. Reagents are freeze-dried, so nothing in the kit needs a cold chain.

Read
Pink to yellow, obvious to the naked eye. Internal controls confirm the sample was collected and run correctly.
Test where the cases are
Isolation decided on the visit instead of after a callback. Contacts traced while they are still findable. Negative patients not held. Reference lab capacity spent on the samples that need it.
