Dr Rodriguez Manzano's role as an Associate Professor in the Department of Infectious Disease at Imperial College London showcases his dedication to advancing the field of Molecular Diagnostics, with a particular focus on addressing infections and antimicrobial resistance (AMR). He is also a member of the NIHR Health Research Unit in healthcare-associated infections and antimicrobial resistance (AMR), a partnership between Imperial College and the UK Health Security Agency, he actively contributes to shaping the UK's strategy for addressing the critical issue of AMR. Additionally, he holds the position of Deputy Director at the Centre for Antimicrobial Optimisation (CAMO) at Imperial College, further solidifying his commitment to addressing critical healthcare challenges.
